Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros

I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Miguel and George at Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros! This is the third time I have done business with them, and will continue to do so. I was in need of new tires after having screws in my tires. I went back to Van's to see if they could help. I had almost forgot that I got a tire plan (I highly recommend), and they were able to get me new tires, and back on the road safely. Great customer service has almost died at most places, but definitely not here. George remembered me from the last time I was there, and that was refreshing. I felt like I was being helped with such exceptional service, like I was family. After dropping my car off this morning, I was provided with a ride back home, and not a lot of places offer this service. Miguel called in the afternoon with an update, and discussed any work that may need done. I have and still do highly recommend Van's to anyone who needs tires or work done on their vehicles. Not only for their customer service, but also their prices. THANK YOU again to George, Miguel, and everyone at Van's. You have yourself a customer for life.

If you're looking for people to get quality service from at a good price...this is it! From the person I spoke to about what tires I really wanted, all the way to the guy who took my money, they were respectful and thorough with everything. I would recommend anyone check them out and see for yourself. Thank you guys for helping me through a blown tire while I was stressing out badly. You made everything easy.

This is where you wanna go!!!!! George and Miguel SERIOUSLY took care of us. We’re a band on tour and our rear brakes needed fixing and quick!!! They got us in so fast. Called in the AM and had us drop the van in the next 20 mins. Got us out and back on the road by 2pm. Truly amazing! Anytime we’re back in the area we will be getting the van serviced HERE!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Went to the vans tire pros in Parma, OH. They were very busy and I had booked an appointment online for an alignment for 4pm. I arrived about 15 minutes early but was advised that they were a little backed up and it may be an extra ten to fifteen minutes until the could get to my vehicle. They were able to get my vehicle in the bay at approximately 4:30, about a half hour after my appointment was for, and by 5pm I had paid and was on my way. I want to commend the store managers that I interacted with, there was zero pressure for an upsell, they did the work I asked them to do, accepted my payment and I was on my way. Sometimes it’s a relief to just be able to get what you came to get without listening to some speech about how an upgrade for this or an upgrade for that would be a good benefit. I appreciate the straightforwardness. But I really would like to tip my hat to the crew working out in the garage. These technicians had the pleasure of working outside in the middle of the hottest day on record here in northeast Ohio, almost 100 degrees, and they were non stop moving. They are the ones that really get the 5 stars and honestly each one of those boys probably deserves an ice co

The staff here are incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist me. They even honored a price match without any hassle! When I mentioned a separate concern about my car, they were more than happy to take a look and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend this place the atmosphere is warm and honest, and the team truly knows their stuff. George in particular stood out, taking the time to walk me through everything in detail.
